Class Descriptions:
Cardio MIX: A high-energy cardio class that will keep you moving while you burn calories. Words just can't describe this exciting class; you have to TRY it for yourself and then SEE the results.
Cardio Sculpt: Burn calories and tone your muscles in this interval training cardio and muscle conditioning class.
Pilates: A method of exercise emphasizing core stability, focusing on improving functional movement while conditioning abs, lower back, hips and thighs. Develop a leaner, stronger, more flexible body with better balance in this non-impact mat class.
Sculpt & Tone: Strengthen and tone your body using a variety of hand weights and resistance materials. This one-hour class targets your biceps, triceps, deltoids, pectorals, rhomboids & lats, trapezius, quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus maximus, calves, external and internal obliques, and rectus abdominis.
Spin: Cycling interval class lasting 45 minutes. Additional fee: $5 for members, $10 for non-members.
Step: The perfect step class for those who know basic step terminology and are ready for easy-to-follow, yet high energy, choreography.
Step / Interval : A combination of cardio & muscle toning all in one class. Intervals of step aerobics and exercises with dumbbells (and other resistence materials) to target the major muscle groups. 55-minutes
Total Body Tone: Strengthen your core & major muscle groups using resistence materials and your own body weight.
Yoga: Release stress and increase flexibility and strength in this invigorating class that incorporate yoga poses and sequences for most levels.
Zumba: This popular class is a fusion of Latin and international music using dance themes to creat a dynamic and effective fitness system. Zumba combines high energy with motivating music and is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do."
